With its 87″ wingspan and iconic gull-wing silhouette, this giant-scale ARTF model offers a rewarding experience for intermediate to advanced pilots. Built from balsa and plywood, it’s strong yet lightweight, and comes with LED lighting, drop tanks, a detailed cockpit and pre-hinged control surfaces – all designed to get you in the air faster.

Fly it your way: it’s set up for either a 60cc petrol engine or a high-powered 12S electric system. Whether you prefer the roar of gas or the clean power of electric, this Corsair gives you flexibility and performance in equal measure.

A bit of history:
The FG-1D was Goodyear’s licensed version of the legendary Vought F4U Corsair – one of WWII’s most feared naval fighters. Its unique inverted gull wing, blistering speed and durability made it a favourite among US Navy and Marine pilots in the Pacific. The FG-1D was a late-war variant, equipped for both carrier operations and ground attack duties.

This is a warbird you’ll be proud to assemble and thrilled to fly. Whether you’re into scale detail or just love big, bold performance – the FG-1D hits the mark.
