Renowned for its predictable flight characteristics, aerobatic capability and robust reliability, the Nanchang CJ-6 has been the basic trainer aircraft for the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) since 1958.

The FMS 1200mm CJ-6 V2 retains all the qualities that made its predecessor a favourite. Constructed from carbon-reinforced EPO foam, the airframe offers excellent durability, light wing loading and extended flight times — ideal for training and aerobatics alike. The redesigned electric retract system is engineered to endure heavy landings, a common feature of any trainer aircraft.
